hello i would just like to say when i went to cineworld, i was given problems when using my NUS card, because it did not have my end date, but what am i supposed to do about that? my university isnt about to set new cards because some cinema worker is giving a valid student card holder problems. sometimes i wonder whats the point of having a NUS card when shops have different standards.

If this is such a big problem for Stuwd them why is it you promot discounts which are only available to NUS members. For example when purchasing a yellow card at a scream bar they were only interested in selling me the card if I had a valid NUS card.

Consitency is vital to any successful business
